There is a 6 hour cancellation policy. As the time allocated is held for you and means no one else can book this slot, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for Late Cancellations up to 4 hours prior. A full 100% charge will be applied for any missed appointments or a no show.

Any changes to the length of a booked and confirmed appointment, will be charged at the intial fee.

Any late arrival will still be able to receive the session for the time remaining.

After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.

Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
